If you are not 100% satisfied with your Simply Cedar purchase, contact us and we will accept your return for a full refund on the original amount of the Simply Cedar purchase price less shipping. Merchandise must be returned to us prepaid within 15 days of receiving your shipment in "new" unused, undamaged condition, and with its original packaging . In the rare event that your Simply Cedar shipment was damaged in transit, do not return it. Please follow the instructions as outlined below. Shipping DamageIf a Simply Cedar purchase is damaged in shipping keep all packaging and notify us as soon as possible by email of specific damage. We will handle all correspondence with UPS and arrange for a replacement part or product and return shipping of the damaged Simply Cedar item with UPS. If the original Simply Cedar packaging is discarded before UPS inspects, or damaged Simply Cedar items are shipped back to the factory by the customer without authorization from Simply Cedar, the replacement claim that the manufacturer has made with UPS on behalf of the customer will be null and void. This will result in a denied damage claim with UPS and replacement or refund will not be issued. |
